IVANTXU espacio bistronómico, proposes to combine the classic bistro with traditional cuisine, updated and renovated with an avant-garde touch by chef Ivan Valero. Ivantxu cuisine is always based on quality products and good preparation, giving a twist to traditional recipes.

Born in Badalona, he has been dedicated to the world of cooking since he was very young. A self-taught chef, who knowns how to take advantage of all the opportunities he had. It has been in the kitchens of the Tragaluz group, the mythical Talaia-Mar, La Taberna del Alabardero, La Dorada or La Marina Restaurant (La Línea de Concepción) awarded in 2008 it a BIB GOURMAND from the Michelin Guide. In May 2015 he took over the place that today is IVANTXU… where the whole story begins.
Our restaurant is located in the heart of the Sevillian neighborhood of Los Remedios, on Virgen de la Victoria street, parallel to Asunción street and very close to the banks of the Guadalquivir River. With a simple and elegant decoration, its huge windows flood a space with light and warmth where the good service makes you feel at home.
